I wanted to take the opportunity to thank Intivix for many years of computer support and software management for my company and to spread the word for potential new customers. Being a small business means that you don’t always have the staff required to support all your company’s infrastructure needs. As a structured network cabling company, we had plenty of wiring engineers but not a lot of software maintenance and growth support. Intivix filled those positions for HC&C and their responsiveness to our needs allowed me to run my business and for the techs to do the work for our customers without software worries. In addition to providing services as our computer support vendor we often worked for the same customer providing a complete computer, software and network structure. Although we weren’t an official partnership, HC&C and Intivix worked together as if we were. Neither company could complete their job thoroughly and completely without the other providing a finished and problem free project. As we all know, projects rarely rollout as planned; so, it is the way a company works when there are problems that is the most telling.
